5-Day Solar Training. PV 200 is an intensive training course that offers 40 hours of critical knowledge and hands-on practice in the essentials of photovoltaic technology. This course is designed to meet the learning objectives for the NABCEP Photovoltaci Associate Exam. The course content has been honed through 15+ years of experience and is taught by experienced industry professionals. If you are a contractor, builder, or electrician looking to expand your business, if you are looking to start a solar business, or if you just want to have an in-depth immersion into how solar PV works, then this course is for you!

Through demonstration and hands-on practice, students will gain experience in mounting solar panels, racking with roof penetrations, wire inverters, DC and AC disconnects, and load center/service panels. As such, the course offers a great immersion into solar technology, and hands-on training – even if you are not interested in taking the exam.
