Announcing 365 Pronto: on-demand, pay-as-you-go managed services for solar and renewable energy operations and maintenance (O&M)

San Francisco

New service delivery model set to disrupt renewable energy operations and maintenance (O&M) market.

San Francisco/ California/November 28th 2016 Announcing the launch of 365 Pronto LLC, a technology-driven managed services company that is changing the landscape of the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services industry, with a focus on photovoltaic (PV), electric vehicle (EV) and battery energy storage system sectors.

The on-demand, pay-as-you-go service sends the closest, appropriately qualified and vetted PV, EV and battery storage system technician or contractor to service calls and scheduled jobs in the shortest time possible, using an app-driven platform compatible with most popular smart phones. 365 Pronto delivers skilled, pre-vetted labor using an elite, localized network of carefully vetted independent energy contractors, eliminating the overhead and administration costs of providing planned and unplanned maintenance for electric power units (residential, commercial and industrial PV & EV chargers). “The process aims to reduce service costs by up to 30%, with a focus towards obligatory service calls normally considered non-profit or even money losers.” says 365 Pronto CEO Rue Phillips.

Phillips, an experienced and well-respected figure in the renewable energy O&M industry, explains:  “We are not just a means to send a ticket to a local contractor; our proprietary platform assesses the ticket and its requirements and qualifications needed to complete, looks for an available professional to match, and then we follow the service call through completion to ensure top quality… we are literally project managing every small and high volume ticket to its completion, satisfying strict criteria for the large industry players.”

365 Pronto and the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) are working on a collaborative partnership in order to leverage the training and experience of NABCEP certificants, including those who obtain the new PV Commissioning and Maintenance Specialist certification scheduled to be launched in the Fall of 2017. The Partnership will allow and encourage the more than 3,000 renewable energy professionals certified by NABCEP to join the 365 Pronto network.  The 365 Pronto platform, an easy-to-use, comprehensive mobile app, will be available to a nationwide network of appropriately vetted professionals which will dramatically increase customer service and satisfaction while significantly reducing costs, especially for remote O&M partners.

Centralization of overhead is one of the key benefits offered by 365 Pronto. Asset managers deal with one company to protect their assets, not hundreds. Independent professionals spend less time looking for work and get consistent information, reliable assistance and fast, regular payments. “We believe that our software platform, founded on decades of real world ‘pain points’ and ‘what if’s’ from real projects (not simulations), is what makes us unique.” says Phillips.

Mr. Phillips will introduce 365 Pronto at the third annual PV O&M and Asset Management Conference and Exhibition, PV Operations & Maintenance USA, December 6-7, 2016 in San Francisco, CA, USA.
