Technical Support Engineer in Italy (must be fluent in Italian/German)

Office-based, as a Tigo Technical Support Engineer you will help photovoltaic installers, system designers, and home owners. You will bring out the full potential of their newly installed or existing Smart Modules and Optimizers systems to life. Using Tigo’s advanced analytical tools and software, you will earn the trust of customers and coworkers alike as you engage, educate, excite, and empower those around you.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Help customers design, install, and commission the revolutionary Tigo solutions, including the exciting new Smart Modules.
Troubleshoot and provide timely resolution to all customer hardware and software issues.
Identify and communicate potentially complex repair situations to Tigo engineering and original equipment manufacturers or other partners as appropriate.
Maintain an elite level of product knowledge in the Tigo system; hardware and software products, and service offerings.
Continuously learn through others, self-educate, share specialized knowledge, and expertly demonstrate and present the newest solution offerings.
Superior customer service/people rapport building skills, both 1:1 and in a group environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent verbal communication skills.
Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, public customer facing environment.
Team player that works well with others in a small group.
Problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability.
1-2 years of industry experience installing, designing, or servicing PV systems, or related industries.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
German and Italian speaking mandatory
