CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR (CC)
This position reports directly to the President and Supervises an Assistant Construction Coordinator.
The Construction Coordinator is ultimately responsible for managing all aspects construction approvals, installation planning, and communication with customers and installers for all Central Oregon residential and commercial projects.

The CC will oversee multiple projects at a time – from residential, light commercial and large commercial – and is responsible for the overall coordination, with collaboration with the President and other members of the staff, to help ensure each project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.   The CC manages a full time Assistant Construction Coordinator.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
o 100% Customer Satisfaction.
o Advanced planning for projects.
o Detailed scope and schedule for each project.
o Customer and subcontractor contract management.
o Manage project managers and site superintendents (with Signing Supervisor Electrician).
o Maximize resource efficiency and effectiveness.
o Ensure Site safety and security (via lead installer).
o Ensure proper close out of projects.
o Utilize existing CRM and Project Management Software.
o Communicate with customers project status and diplomatically handle customer concerns.
o Ensure Compliance & Policy – OSHA, State and Federal standards, drug testing.
o Identify opportunities for improvements in operations that will translate to bottom line results.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree
At least 2+ years’ experience in solar or building trades
Solar construction experience preferred.
Track record of leading and managing construction teams
Entry level or advanced NABCEP certification
Proficient in Excel, CRM and other Office suite
Must be a problem solver, self-motivated and competitive
Able to resolve staffing issues, customer issues, or 3rd party issues that may arise –
Excellent communication skills
Able to travel when required (within Oregon)
Passion for renewable energy
