Entry Level Solar Thermal training will allow you to demonstrate an understanding of the fundamental principles of solar thermal energy, including its application, design, installation, and operation.
This training will set you on the path to earning a highly respected title that denotes a detailed working knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes, and accepted industry practices associated with solar thermal systems.
This course is ideal for plumbers, architects, engineers, solar contractors and other individuals interested in solar thermal technology.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:
CleanEdison's 40-hour Solar Thermal Installation Boot Camp provides real world, hands-on installation techniques, top instructors, and state-of-the-art solar training equipment in order to deliver the knowledge and skills needed to start providing solar thermal solutions to clients.
Participants will learn about the fundamentals of solar heating and cooling, including solar radiation and heat transfer, system types and components and site survey analysis.
5-day course includes 40 hours of hands-on instruction, 3 days in the classroom with components and 2 days in the field with live collectors
